We use Secured Sockets Layers (SSL) encryption for the transmission of data during order check out. We do not store credit card numbers or your personal information. The information that we request is for order processing only; please include a phone number and valid email address where you can be easily reached if needed.

 

 

Return Policy
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However if you do not like our product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
Skin care products can be returned used, but no more then 1/3 of the total amount of the product.
Customer's shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our end.
We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from www.plazanbeauty.co.uk.


Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge.
Upon arrival at the our warehouse all returned items will go through our inspection process.
If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to us. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.
You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
If your item was damaged during transportation, customer must notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt.  It is the customer's  responsibility to return the unused damaged item to our facility for verification of damage claim. Upon our receipt of the damaged product, we will replace it at our expense. Please note, that any reports of damage after 7 days of delivery receipt will not be eligible for damage consideration.

Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns Instructions:
If you wish to return merchandise, please email before shipping any products back to us. Notifying us ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle any situation and provide you with the best possible customer service. Ship the package via traceable postage carrier to the address provided on Contact Us page.
